Register with one of our Practices
There are two ways to register:
- Go to the practices website and click on “New Patient Registration” – there you can register online.
- Practices are open 8am – 6.30pm – call the practice and the receptionist will prepare a form for you to collect.
Patient Participation Group
We host regular Patient Participation Groups for patients to come together and discuss their needs and most importantly have their voices heard.
If you would like to supply help to your practice and join the PPG, please contact your practice.
